Our Whole Foods Menu
  • We provide a whole foods menu that consists of a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, pasture-raised eggs, organic whole milk and organic, grass-fed meat.

  • We shop local and organic whenever possible and there are no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or refined sugar in the foods that we serve.

  • We like to eat in season to ensure our produce has been harvested at peak freshness, flavor, and nutritional value.

  • We use healthy fats for cooking, such as grass-fed butter, avocado, coconut and olive oils.

  • We use natural sweeteners, such as dates, pure maple syrup, and raw honey (after the age of 12 months).

  • We prepare all of our meals on-site daily and provide organic, homemade baby food for those who have not yet transitioned to table food.
